Why Join Colife
Currently, more than 5,000 medical diagnostic laboratories are operating in the country, each playing an important role in providing diagnostic services to patients and visitors. Colife Integrated Medical Laboratories were established with the aim of improving both the quantity and quality of services offered in laboratories, through the integration and specialization of each laboratory’s internal processes.
Laboratories that join Colife handle patient reception, sampling, and part of the testing, while other tests are carried out at Colife’s central laboratory.
As a result, a broader range of tests can be performed through the synergy between Colife’s central laboratory and its franchisees. This means that by joining Colife, your laboratory will be able to serve a much larger share of patients. In addition, membership in Colife allows you to keep your current laboratory name while benefiting from joint branding with Colife, leveraging its branding capacity and growth potential.

Colife Membership Conditions
Thank you for choosing Colife as your partner.
The process of joining Colife and setting up a laboratory consists of ten main steps. The purpose of following these steps is to ensure the establishment of a long-term collaboration in which the interests of all parties are secured and guaranteed. Clearly, the more carefully and thoughtfully these steps are carried out, the more sustainable the cooperation will be.
Step 1: Getting to Know Colife
As the first step, you have the right to know us better and understand why we recommend joining Colife. To this end, we will hold an in-person meeting to give you a detailed introduction to Colife. In this session, you can have your questions answered regarding ways of working with Colife, the cooperation model, the process of collaboration, operational matters, and Colife’s future plans.
Step 2: Visiting Colife’s Central Laboratory and Level-1 Laboratories
To get a firsthand understanding of Colife’s current operations, we invite you to visit our central laboratory. In this step, you will be able to see all active sections of the central lab and ask questions about standardized operational processes directly from our specialists.
Additionally, to gain deeper insights into the value chain, we invite you to visit Colife’s level-1 laboratories. During this visit, you will learn more about the preparation and integration of Colife’s standard laboratories, the processes of sample reception and collection at level-1 labs, and the transfer of samples to the central laboratory. You will also have the chance to meet and exchange ideas with other partners who joined Colife before you, helping you make a more informed decision.
Step 3: Preparing Laboratory Performance Documentation
Now it is time for us to learn more about your laboratory’s capacity. For this, we will ask you to prepare and share certain performance-related documents based on a specific checklist. The faster and more complete these documents are prepared, the faster the membership process will proceed. We will provide you with the checklist, and if you encounter any difficulties in preparing the documents, our experts will be available to guide you.
Step 4: Visiting the Applicant’s Laboratory and Collecting Documentation
Once your documents are ready, we will schedule a visit to your laboratory. During this visit, Colife’s development specialists will examine the laboratory’s location and property conditions, current equipment, and other important factors. At the end of this step, the documents you prepared on your lab’s performance will also be collected for detailed evaluation.
Step 5: Evaluation, Ranking, and Valuation of the Applicant’s Laboratory
This step is carried out at Colife. A task force consisting of development and laboratory science specialists will review your submitted documents. Your lab’s past performance will be assessed in terms of sample volume, range of tests performed, and cost structure. Based on Colife’s standards, your lab will be ranked, and the results will serve as the foundation for future cooperation.
Step 6: Orientation Session
After the evaluation results are ready, a joint session will be held to present the assessment process and answer your questions. In this meeting, any concerns about the effectiveness of joining Colife will be addressed, and the growth potential of your laboratory will be highlighted.
This session gives you the opportunity to make a realistic forecast of the outcomes of joining Colife, compare it with your current performance, and thus make a more confident decision.
At the end of this session, if both parties agree to move forward, the draft cooperation contract will be delivered to you for review. You will have time to go over it and consult with our specialists if needed.
Step 7: Signing the Cooperation Agreement
This step is a milestone that formalizes the partnership. A joint session will be held where, after final clarifications and resolving any remaining concerns, the cooperation agreement will be signed. A copy of the signed contract along with operational guidelines will be handed over to you. Congratulations — welcome to Colife!
Step 8: Preparing the Laboratory
After signing the contract, the interior design and renovation of your laboratory will begin. Colife’s renovation team will be deployed to your lab and will design and prepare the space according to company standards in the shortest possible time. Necessary laboratory and office equipment will be installed, and Colife’s integrated laboratory software will be set up. By the end of this step, your laboratory will be technically and structurally ready to accept samples under Colife’s standards.
Step 9: Training Laboratory Staff
This step begins in parallel with the previous one. To ensure standardized services across all Colife laboratories, your staff will be invited to training sessions where they will learn about current operational procedures, interactions with the central lab, and the use of the integrated laboratory software.
To ensure proper learning, your entire lab process — from reception, sampling, separation, transfer, and results delivery — will be practiced with your staff, ensuring they are fully prepared for operations.
Step 10: Launching the Laboratory
Finally, it’s time to launch your laboratory. The opening date and program details will be set, and necessary announcements will be made to local residents. At last, your laboratory will officially begin its operations as a member of Colife’s integrated medical laboratory network.
